I am a trained and registered counsellor, integrating narrative, somatic, and feminist techniques with intuitive arts, including astrological and tarot-based approaches. My approach and our relationship are developed collaboratively, tailored to meet the needs of the individual. I act as a facilitator, a consultant, a doula.

Injury, loss, and depletion are ongoing processes - facts of life that cannot be avoided. Yet many of us have not been given the support or the skills that would allow us to partner these painful realities. I am working to change that.
I believe that healing is a practice, a skill, a craft, an art. It is the process of regeneration and transformation. It is a way of living, a way of partnering life’s challenges instead of resisting them.
In our partnership, I create space for you to do healing and regenerative work. I help you build your own practice, making healing into your own craft.
